Our All Season windows have transformed our 100 year old home, like night and day, without compromising the period architecture, as they were able to provide the exact pattern in the panes as the craftman a century ago.  Twenty-first century technology melded perfectly into yesteryear’s ageless style.

The staff at All Season, from the laid-back professionalism of the salesperson to the finest details of the installers finished work, were more than pleasant to work with and felt, truly, like  a friendly neighbor or co-worker rather than persons displaying high-pressure tactics or ‘slam-bam’ workmanship.  I was truly impressed.

I can only hope that the rest of our renovations and restorations will be completed so smoothly with these outstanding results.

Yesterday the crew came to install windows in my sunroom. I wanted to take a moment to let you know just how thrilled I am with the product. First, the workmen were timely, polite, respectful, and ever so clean. There wasn’t a particle of dirt or debris remaining when they left. The windows fit snugly and are clearly of high quality. What a sharp contrast to the windows that were supplied with the sunroom I contracted to have built through Home Depot. Now, I not only have windows that fit correctly and are weather tight, but that will keep my home secure. My attorney is also pleased, as the difference in the windows is so dramatic as to convince a jury, without a glimmer of doubt, that I was given inferior product at a greatly inflated price.

Second, I want to thank you for the professional and thorough presentation of the All Season Windows product you made to me and my attorney. What a difference from the quick, once through I received from the Home Depot contractor. It is no wonder I received such a poor product from Home Depot! The contractor didn’t know anything about windows! Again, my heartfelt appreciation.

From our initial meeting with you, to the time when the installers left our home, the service was outstanding. All our questions were patiently answered, and the follow-up afterward was appreciated.

The windows arrived and were installed faster than promised with excellent communication throughout, and the installers left our home spotless. We have had the windows for about 6 weeks during the tumultuous Spring weather in Portland and their performance has exceeded our expectations. There are no more drafts on the cold days and our upstairs doesn’t feel like a dry sauna on the sunny days, it’s much quieter, and we are taking full advantage of the fact that our windows are so easy to open, close and clean.

Thank you for all your help with replacing our aluminum windows on our home in Tualatin. I would like to let you know how much we appreciated your assistance in helping us with our window selection and talking with us as we made our decisions. You are a treat to work with! The bay window in our small living room makes the room look much larger. The light and dimension it adds to the room are fabulous. I’ve already noticed an improvement in the sound and temperature insulation the windows provide in all three rooms. A most definite enhancement in our home that I am sure has already made a difference in its value.

The installer also did a great job! He was prompt, pleasant, and efficient in both meeting with us to measure and install. I was pretty impressed that he installed all three windows, the large bay window, and cleaned up in one work day.

It was a serendipitous soggy Saturday when I happened upon a display of All Season Windows in our local mall. Jeff very graciously and enthusiastically explained their window products. I inquired about siding and was very impressed with the technology and appearance of both windows and their vinyl siding. When the entire presentation was given, we were delighted with the materials, appearance and so decided to go ahead with All Season.

Jeff arranged for the contractors, made appointments, rearranged the processes to accommodate our schedule and was a delight to work with. The crew that arrived to remove the original siding, install windows and siding were top notch. They were very respectful, courteous, accommodating and treated my husband and I as if we were their grandparents. They took time to listen to my concerns and my husband’s stories of yesterday with sensitivity and interest in the midst of their 10-12 hour days.

The entire process has been a joy, and certainly not the headache and stress usually associated with a major remodeling. I would certainly recommend All Season for any upgrades you may be considering with your own home.
